Hi, just curious, who is your favorite sushi chef in the sushi bars in austin?

I like Chef Taka from Mikado and Chef Tyson Cole from Uchi.

Yeah! I loved the crew at Tokyo Steakhouse until they all left.. umm.. Yoshi, Pike, Mike, Master Shibasaki-san. Those guys were always having fun, and they always were doing something crazy. Yoshi and Pike would make up crazy rolls on the spot for you if you wanted something different, like banana, eel, and kiwi, too bad they all left.
