Fujiyama Japanese Steak House and Sushi Bar

Body:

I dined at Fujiyama Japanese Steak House and Sushi Bar with my five year old daughter tonight. It is now my favorite restaurant in Austin. Our chef was Danny (you should request him) and he put on a wonderful show while cooking our meal. He made me laugh and he made us both feel right at home. While he was cooking, he built a volcano out of onion slices and lit it on fire!! It was incredible! He also made a butterfly out of rice and asparagus and made Hello Kitty's face with cooking oil!! Of course, none of that compared to him singing Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star in Japanese and doing the chicken dance! :D

The only slightly negative thing I can say about Fujiyma is that the tamago is better at Hakata. Other than that it's the best!! Don't forget to try the ice cream rolls for dessert.
