okay, I have this friend named Kimberly, she's from Victoria Texas and doesn't have a clue as to what sushi is or tastes like or how to "acquire" the taste like we fellow sushi eaters have. I tried to explain it to her, but it is so hard to, how do I break the "anti sushi barrier"? any suggestions?? :idea: urgent, she is 27 :!:

try getting her drunk? Seriously, try rolls first. I you should start with smaller pieces of fish working your way up to sashimi. Not to mention, tastes with which she is familier like the spicy mayo that every place in the country uses (origin- matsuhisa, Bev. Hills). Not to mention, some of the fusion stuff at Uchi might not be that intimidating.
